Cabin Rates

  • Cabins are $90/ night for up to two people
  • For each additional bed add $10/ night 
  • Kids 5-12 are $5 each, kids under 5 are free
  • There is a flat fee of $10 /pet per visit
  • Weekly rate is $540 for two people - get one night free!
  • Please add 10% hotel tax 
  • Check in time is 2 PM, check out is 11 AM.

"The Rock" is a large outcrop located on the opposite bank of our swimming hole, where Pearch creek meets the Klamath River.  It's a favorite destination on a warm, sunny day.

Riverside Cabins


The best family vacation destinations start with clean, affordable cabin rentals.  Our riverside cabins come with a full kitchen & linens, private bedroom, bathroom and a deck that looks over the river.   The private bedroom sleeps two, and two more beds can be made in the common kitchen/living room area.  It's a short walk down a path to our private sandy beach and swimming hole located across from Pearch Creek, a pristine mountain stream that can be heard from the cabin decks.   Our pet friendly lodging is open to all four-leggeds, as long as they can behave around our goats & chickens!

Please note that we give  preference to full week bookings during our peak season of last week of June through  mid-October, we often have shorter periods available in late August and early September.

Due to a cancellation we now have a cabin available the first week of August: August 1 -7.    We also have cabins available  August  21 - 25, and after August 29.   Contact us for the latest up to date availability,  or call us directly at 530-627-3379.


Sandy Bar Ranch Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50%  is required to confirm a reservation, we accept checks, VISA & Mastercard.  Deposits are refundable (less a $25 cancellation fee), or may be applied in full to your next reservation provided cancellation is made no less than 30 days prior to your reservation date.  Cancellations made less than 30 days notice will be refunded or applied to your next reservation (less cancellation fee) only if we  are able to book the vacancy.
